OthersHi, You can block notifications you don't want, so they'll be out of your hair.
From Settings, tap Notifications, and then tap More under Recently sent. Tap the drop-down menu at the top, and then tap All. The drop-down menu will be set to Most recent by default.
Tap the switch(es) next to the app(s) that you would like to block notifications for. To view what apps you've blocked, tap the drop-down menu, and then tap Blocked.

Others1. Open Settings → Apps → Samsung Cloud → Notifications
Try turn off all notification there
2. Open Settings. Search for Samsung Cloud. Click on Samsung Cloud → Click 3 dots on top right → Connected devices
Find your device and sign out.
Hope either suggestions work. By the way, you can also backup all your data from Samsung Cloud and delete all data from there. Samsung Cloud will shutdown the service and you will loose all data if you don't back them up. Just FYI.
