Hello everyone. I'd like to share my feelings about samsung copying apple. I absolutely hate it. Samsung was super unique with nice designs 2 years ago and now we have the watch ultra and the buds 3 that drive me crazy. I know it's a normal thing for companies to copy each other but this just destroys what Samsung is. I've have multiple ideas to switching to another company that isn't copying anyone because I want to show that I use this company's device. I like getting new tech but I don't want to blend in with the others. I bought the buds fe just because thay look different and stand out.

It's the first year I haven't upgraded my Galaxy Buds. I'm still using my Buds 2 Pro and Buds Live. I don't like the Apple-like design.😂

Well good luck finding a company that isn't copying another company because that's impossible in today's tech.

Google doesn't seem like they're copying anyone. Might get the new pixel 9a

Samsung and Google have been working together for years now on the OS and on hardware. A lot of the features on stock android is in collaboration with Samsung.

On the last couple of versions of ios. Apple has implemented widgets, the always on display, the app menu, being able to place apps wherever you want on the screen. All of those were on Samsung for years and years. Even in terms of hardware, Apple copied on Oled screens, the multiple cameras, wireless charging, water resistant devices and the list goes on. So let's stop picking on Samsung for "copying" h e c k Samsung Even did the Smartwatch before Apple. I remember owning one.

Hi TarasM,

Samsung has long been known for bold, distinctive designs from curved displays to unique foldables. While design trends may sometimes overlap across brands, Samsung continues to push boundaries with unique experiences like Galaxy AI, S Pen integration, and the foldable Z series lineup. Choosing the Buds FE to stand out is a great example of sticking to what you value in tech.

Constructive discussions like this help highlight how far mobile technology has come and how every brand contributes in its own way.

Thanks for sharing your honest thoughts.

I agree with you to some extent like no need to imitate the design of the watch band and even the orange color. That is very cheap for a big organization like Samsung. There are a hell of a lot of watch band designs on Amazon to copy if they have no designers to come up with new watch band design. And coming to the buds pro yes again they imitated Apple but the end product by Samsung is more polished. The triangle sticks are more comfortable and look great compared to the round sticks of Apple. I tried then in the Best buy and liked them. Still because I too felt like they are a copy of Apple's air pods I am hesitant to buy and waiting for Samsung on what they are coming up with their next design.
The squircle watch design of watch Ultra is not a copy because Samsung had a watch even before Apple released its first watch with the same design called Galaxy Gear Sport. Also Ultra is the name used by Samsung first for its flagship phones though Apple started using it for its watches.
