Samsung keyboard

Is it possible with Android to add Bold, Italics & Underline to this keyboard w/Hugh Contrast & if so how. I've just spent an hour on the settings to no avail. I just did up a budget & wanted to underline somethings as well as Bold the headings but the qwerty keyboard that came with all my Samsung phones (presently a Galaxy 10+), but could not find these 3 symbols, if which I have gotten very used to which old fashioned typewriters or regular computers & Laptops which Windows. Cheers.

I am not sure if it is <b>possible<b> . If the word "possible" is bold, then the additional symbols on either side would have worked?

<u>underline<u>, and <i>italic<i> would look like this.

With Android it isn't so much the keyboard, but the app used to type.
