Hi members,

 

Thank you for your patients and sorry for taking so long to get rid of the spam posts (500+). Since I am not Moderator, I have to do it manually one by one. But now I have cleaned all spams and hopefully Moderators will look into blocking the spammers.

Thanks Tallman, it's appreciated, but it's not your job.

Samsung has paid Moderators, and if the issue is that they are busy elsewhere, then Samsung Canada needs to allocate sufficient resources to Samsung Members, for timely moderation of the community. 

I'm sure that some / many maybe, think that I'm sounding like a broken record, but as I've said countless times now.. imagine joining Samsung Members to get help with a product, and you are greeted by posts promoting prostitution, and love / death spells. 

Samsung is a billion dollar corporation, and we Canadians, often feel that we get the leftovers, not the main course, that we are not important, that we are an afterthought. 

Samsung Canada's Social Media team, NEEDS to do BETTER!
