I live in Canada and own the TU7000 Smart TV model UN58TU7000FXZC.

 

I had to do a factory reset to solve the constant reboot problem.

 

Anyways, now when setting up the TV as new I get the following error when trying to download and accept the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy.

'The server is under maintenance. Please try again later. (77-1)'

 

I've been trying all week to fix this and tried numerous solutions found online.

I think the region is set to USA and this is my problem.

 

Please help me!!

Hi Mike137, I suggest you to set the region to Canada and try to complete the setup. Please try this and get back to us with the results.

When I factory reset the only regions available are 'USA' and 'KOR'.

Is there somewhere else to change regions?

Please keep I mind that I no longer have smart hub after resetting the TV.

You could get a VPN on your phone and set the region to US or whatever then hotspot your phones WiFi.
Then connect your tv through that until setup is complete then change the WiFi in the tv to your home WiFi 🤙✌️

Same message as before when trying to accept Terms.
