If you're device supports GoodLock, download & Install GoodLock & Sound Assistant. 

Open Sound Assistant & go to Advanced & Toggle On "Alerts through Headphones".

Do you have GoodLock & Sound Assistant installed?

Open Sound Assistant > Advanced & it's there.

Yeah you need Good Lock (might be able to just install Sound Assistant from apk mirror though?).
