Update regarding Galaxy S22 and Tab S8 shipment delays

We are aware that many customers are experiencing shipment delays for specific models, and we wish to clear up some confusion regarding this.


Demand for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series of devices have reached a record high. Due to this, our retailers are having difficulty keeping up with orders. We are currently awaiting another shipment of devices from our manufacturers.


Your feedback is valuable to us. Our customer service team is working hard to ensure that every order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. All pre-order gifts and promotional items are guaranteed and will be delivered along with the devices as soon as inventory is made available.

I'm on the same boat. Just spoke to CS and still getting the run around. My order still shows as "Processing.. expected delivery date Feb 23" all I can say is.. 🤡 Samsung is **bleep** when it comes to transparency. We all need compensation for this joke.

Hi Ben.

Hi, I'm still not getting any response from my previous inquiries, can i get please get an update. If my order say its on its way then why do i not get a tracking number so i know that it is actually on its way.  


Samsung took no time at charging me for my pre order, and even gave me a ship date. That date has now passed and i still do not have a clue as to when i will receive my purchase.

Hey samsung, this is the last time im posting here since this is your platform and doesnt get alot of public eye.
Why did your website show me an estimate trade in value of $200 when purchasing s22+, i sent the phone in the exact condition and you give me a revised value of $38. This is the most disappointing thing ever. This is straight up lying and deceiving. Im still waiting for my second order of the s22 ultra..which obviously never showed up..contacting CS by chat takes over 1 hour? CS then has no answers. You CS team cuts calls too....im taking time out of my work day to say this..my life doesnt need to revolve around a phone. Its such a simple purchase but its become mental torture at this point..I'd like to take this to twitter if i dont get an update or appropriate response..im mentally tired at this point..not because of the delay, but all these other things you dont bother to address!!!!!!!!

Samsung's a joke when it comes to Canadian customers they give us little perks to nothing pretty much if you look at other countries other countries are getting tablets they're getting buds for free with the pre-order just at the beginning alone now delivery dates aren't met no emails have been given to people stating that their deliveries are going to be delayed or anything like that which is **bleep** pathetic I don't care about cursing anymore they should expect that type of response especially taking people's money and bull**bleep**ting right to their face I've sat on chat lines and calls and got disconnected even before getting the chance to speak after waiting an hour hour and a half when the phone does show up I plan on breaking it and sending it back far more easier walking into Rogers Bell and getting the phone within 20 minutes to a half an hour rather than sitting like an **bleep** for a month and a half waiting for something to not show and quite frankly they shouldn't have taken the money if they knew they were going to offer it on a certain date I honestly could give two **bleep**s about their delays want my money back cancel the order

Thanks for the apology, but I truly think those of us who trusted Samsung and preordered deserve more than just an apology or 5percent off or whatever they offered in the beginning.
 
Seriously though…we trusted and had faith in Samsung enough to preorder the phones. We’ve had our dates changed over and over or just told one thing or even ignored completely. 

I’ve been a Samsung user for over 10 years. This has really made me question that  Sure it’s a good product but customer service gets a big fat thumbs down.

Once preorder was over you offered better trade in deals all while knowing you had inventory issues. I’ve seen big names get shipments of multiple phones. I’ve seen big names get excellent  customer service and those of us who paid just got swept under the rug. 
 
Not to mention retailers continue to get shipments and send out orders in just a few days while we have waited 3weeks or more with no actual idea when our orders will be delivered directly from the manufacturer. How does that make sense. You baited us all with the preorder bundle knowing full well you didn’t have the inventory, and if you didn’t know you would have an issue well that’s another check mark against using Samsung. Shame on you guys.

I order the new tablet with the cover keyboard with the buds 2 and I received the tablet with the buds 2 but with a book cover! Where it's my keyboard Samsung?

I am receiving 2 step verification codes from random phone numbers and they are getting into my account. Can you help please? Finally received it, should have received it on February 22. I was not so excited to get it because I waited so long! The packaging is really shabby, and the included USB cable is not as good as the s9+ I think. BTW, It is Made in Korea as stated on the box? All in all, a very bad experience, and the price is not that good compared to bestbuy. Will never pre-order again, and this will be my last Samsung phone, come from S3. Samsung does need to compensate customers!
