Hey Samsung Members,


We are aware that many customers are experiencing shipment delays for specific models, and we wish to clear up some confusion regarding this.


Demand for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Tab S8 series of devices have reached a record high. Due to this, our retailers are having difficulty keeping up with orders. We are currently awaiting another shipment of devices from our manufacturers.


Your feedback is valuable to us. Our customer service team is working hard to ensure that every order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. All pre-order gifts and promotional items are guaranteed and will be delivered along with the devices as soon as inventory is made available.

Unfortunately, logistics is not something that Samsung is good at.

Doesn't matter if what you ordered, whenever there's a promotion, or new product launch... this happens!

Thankfully, the people who make the products know what they are doing!

I'm glad that I'm not the one that thinks this way, i just thought that if i pre ordered i would get first dibs. Samsung has my money and i don't have my purchase.

Paid 2300$ feb9 and as today March 13 I only saw the s22 ultra on the YouTube. I can't find a word to express my feelings and hate to Sumsung the big scammer

I work with people that have their s22 that they got from their cell carrier. Seems alittle unfair.

Feel your pain.  Ordered Feb 24th spent over $3k and still processing today March 16th.  Friend ordered last week March 6 and orders are one their way.  Its freakin' unbelievable.
