I had the same problem with my previous phone Galaxy 6. When calling someone or recieving calls, our conversation just ends. I got a galaxy A about 3 days ago and its happened with 2 different ppl. One of whom had to call me back 4 times before it went through. Any ideas why?

Definitely a network issue. I would contact your carrier and see what they say at the very least they should give you another sim card to try..

A new SIM won't affect your Data at all!
The ONLY time that inserting a new SIM will Factory Reset your device is when it's brand new & never been logged into with your account information 😉🐧
I learned the hard way - I setup a brand new phone using WiFi without a SIM & when I inserted the SIM it immediately Factory Reset - But simply replacing a SIM will NOT do that!
It's always a good idea to use Smart Switch to backup your device to either the computer or your external sd card (I prefer to use the external sd for Smart Switch backups) 🕊️

Oh and also forgot to ask. is a reboot the same as a restart? Everything I'm learning is from here. Now that I'm learning more, I'm enjoying my phone more .

Definitely the more you see the full potential of your device - The more you will enjoy it's features & abilities 👍🐧
