Where is the tab button?

I know there is one cause some time I accidently press something and it works like tab

Your device is running One UI V4.1, not One UI V5.1?

What is the model number of your device, ie SM-xxxxx?

As for your question, the "Tab" button isn't always available, at least on my S20 Ultra One UI V5.1 & using SwiftKey keyboard. 

It appears when it would be useful, ie: Shifting to different Fields as when using Gmail.

Why wouldn't you have updated your device, aside from the Android version update, there's a lot of Monthly Security updates you have missed? 

The "Tab" isn't there all the time, as seen in this screen shot, it is replaced by the "Enter Key", which is there by default. The "Tab" is only there when you can Tab to different input Fields, as in my example with Gmail.
