If you have 2 WiFi connections available, ie: 5 Ghz & WiFi 6, you might remain connected to one, but not the other.

Ok, so I'm using the Bell home hub3000, and I guess it has 2.4 & 5. But I have no clue how to change both frequencies. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In order to change your WiFi Network's name, you have to login to your Router from your computer or your phone. You need to know the i.p. address & password.

To change the name of your WiFi network, open any web browser and type your router’s IP address into the address bar. Then enter your router’s username and password. Finally, search for Wireless settings, enter the new username and, and click Apply or Save.
