So I have to give credit where due. Maybe its my good luck rolling in lol or someone heard me, dont know. But for the first time i did 2 trade ins with samsung. A phone for the new Flip and an old watch for the watch 5. Showed me the trade in value, applied it right away (conditional upon device inspection and could change) and the added bonus. I took videos of wiping and resetting and packaging and dropping off at Fedex. Both went through with great success!! Device accepted. No adjustments to trade in values and all done! All in time too!
I am impressed, and happy that i did not have to suffer as i heard so many horror stories here with no labels or credit adjustments or not even receiving the device. So i just wanted to pass this positive feedback on, because as they say, we share the bad but sharing the good doesn't happen often!
