No syncing with strava

I connected my strava account to samsung health but nothing is showing up on strava.  one thing I found strange is when I goto samsung health settings>samsung account>sync samsung health with samsung account>under account sync it says sync off for all items

Can you turn on the Sync? Will it stay on?

I dont see anything to turn on sync in that menu.  but in samsung health settings, sync with samsung account is on.

samsung and strava need to figure out why their platforms aren't working together.

yes.  it was off and my run was never sent to strava, and I turned it on and the new run I did still not sent.

How about under Samsung Health Settings → Data Permission → Strava

Have you grant all permission?

nothing shows in data permissions.

Hi, we request you to check the strava as data is not syncing with Samsung account though they are connected.

under "Syncing Historical Activities" there is no "Tap to resync below the activity date and summary."
