I just got the a11 but it doesn't support secure folder? How did my a8 support secure folder but the  a11 doesn't?

If it hasn't come preloaded on your phone, Have you try searching for secure folder app in galaxy app store ?

If you had secure folder on your A8 but not A11, it could be due to the fact it was installed from the Galaxy app store or from somewhere online with an .apk file.
I would do what rgs23 suggested and see if you can find it in the Galaxy app store. If you are unable to find it there, you can also try searching for it online and install the manual .apk file :)
