Hello members, I bought a new Samsung S21 ultra but when I tried to use Samsung Pass responded that my device was rooted! Samsung Health, secure folder also cannot work
What is the model number of your device, ie: SM-xxxxx?
Clearing Cache is likely to be a waste of time for this issue.
You can also go to Settings > Settings > About Phone & Click on Status Information.. What does it say the Phone's Status is, ie: "Official", or "Unofficial"?
You say you bought it new, but the Galaxy S21 Ultra is a pretty old phone to find it brand new today. If it was not purchased from an authorized store, it could be you purchased a pre-owned device that was rooted by the previous owner.
