Smartthingshave you tried changing the alarm tone to something else?
Has it done this since an update?
If it was due to an update, normally an issue like this I suggest backing up your data with SmartSwitch and doing a factory reset.

You can check to see if there is any Bluetooth devices that are connected - that typically happens with me. Ensure that your Bluetooth is turned off before trying the volume again.
