How do I get a smart tag I purchased in December replaced? It just depleted its second battery. The latest battery lasted less than 2 weeks. 2 of my original smart tags have original batterys well over a year old.

So yesterday my second smart tag 2 battery said it was good and now it's so low it won't even connect to it. These battery are only a couple weeks old. This is crazy and obviously the update didn't help battery life.

My smarttag plus was the same the battery where not good, after few month, i needed to replace them each month.... no issue on my smart tag 2 all running original battery even in my car .

So this is getting rediculous. Not only did I spend an hour with online chat I am now having to repeat the entire process with a new group. Insane.
