Just curious, I bought a smarttag 2 and put it in my wallet. It was RFID so it was harder to track or find on bluetooth. I'm assuming the RFID blocks the tracker? Just curious how about do people can find these trackers easier, wallets now are currently mostly RFID.
Hi, if you use an RFID blocking wallet, you may experience reduced signal range or connection issue of any devices that use Bluetooth.
However, please try the below steps and check if it works for you.
Ensure that the device you wish to connect with is ready to be scanned or connected to.
The location of the SmartTag is based on the GPS and Wi-Fi positioning results of the device connected to the SmartTag, and some errors may occur due to the surrounding environment or GPS failure. Make sure that the device you want to connect to your SmartTag is nearby.
