SmartThings Widget broken in OneUI 7

The Smartthings Widget is fundamentally broken on S24 Ultra after the one UI 7 update. Routines do not show up on the widget. Its just a blank widget. When setting up the widget the settings do not take place. Further the tap to add routines just opens the app and does nothing. Needs to be fixed asap as the whole experience is ruined.

I guess, check to see if there's any updates available for Smart Things on your device?

It has been broken after the One UI 7.0 update for me as well.😂

Hey, thanks, but I am not sure which widget you are screenshotting, but it is NOT the one we are trying to enable. It should look like this.

I don't use Routines, but I just added a quick one.

The Widget works.

No updates, but I Uninstalled the Smartthings app and reinstalled from the Galaxy store (not play store). This worked .

Thanks for the update — that’s really helpful! Glad to hear that uninstalling SmartThings and reinstalling it from the Galaxy Store resolved the widget issue. This suggests the problem may be related to compatibility with the version from the Play Store after the One UI 7 update.
