Why is there no NBA app for Samsung smart TVs?

I recently purchased a new 75 inch Samsung QN85A smart tv and I was very disappointed to install it and discover there is no NBA app for Samsung’s  Tizen operating system. I specifically purchased this TV to watch basketball and I can’t believe I have to wire another device to my “smart” tv in order to find the content I want. 

Why is there no NBA app for Samsung?

The thing is, it was available.  Around 2018.  Then it was removed.  NBA all is everywhere except Samsung TV’s.  It’s stupid.

Amazon now offers the NBA league pass on a monthly subscription through Prime and then you can stream the games through the Prime app.

It’s actually a fking joke lol. You seriously don’t have the NBA app? I’m taking my tv back right now and getting something else. It can’t be that hard to get it on your App Store. **bleep**

So what you are saying is I have to watch basketball games on my phone instead of my brand new tv because Samsung is cheap and wont allow NBA to have an app on thier tvs?

Thats freaking unacceptable. How can you be one of the biggest services for technology but wont allow me to watch sports on here because you only allow samsung apps.

I think the response is to tell people to buy a TV loaded with software that allows for the NBA app, like a Toshiba or Sony. That's what I'm doing in here:

Wow, this a real surprise and disappointment to find out that there is no Samsung NBA app. This is a significant competitive disadvantage for Samsung. Is there any timeframe for when there may be an App? I wish I learned this earlier. Having built a house I made the decision to buy 3 2022 smart Samsung TVs, which was a big purchase. If I had of known about this I would have bought another brand. 

Can we get a response on when/if this will be fixed?

Can someone from Samsung explain why the NBA app is not available and if there are plans to add it?

The lack of customer support about this issue is ridiculous.
