Sorry to hear you're facing these issues after the One UI 7 update it definitely sounds frustrating, especially since you’ve already tried a factory reset and wiping the cache.
Unfortunately, Samsung doesn’t officially support downgrading to a previous One UI version once the update is installed.
However, we recommend reporting this through the Samsung Members app, so the developers team can investigate and push out a fix in a future patch.
