I updated to one ui 7 a few days ago and since then my phone constantly freezes

I have tried everything

Wiping partition cache

Factory reset 

It still freezes and or reboots 

The phone was totally fine before the upgrade 

The freezing can happen on any app or while surfing or while the phone is not even being used 

This is so frustrating

Is there any way to go back to Obe UI 6 1

Sorry to hear you're facing these issues after the One UI 7 update it definitely sounds frustrating, especially since you’ve already tried a factory reset and wiping the cache.

Unfortunately, Samsung doesn’t officially support downgrading to a previous One UI version once the update is installed.

However, we recommend reporting this through the Samsung Members app, so the developers team can investigate and push out a fix in a future patch.
