S24U S-Pen problems

Anybody else having problems with s24 ultra S-pen. I tried this diagnose from here with s Pen, just moved it across the screen line by line, it just stopps working and have to do it pressing a little hard. And it's hard to use it at an angle. Have to hold it directly straight on the screen.

Wow, thanks, guys. I had this issue with my phone as well; I never expected that the ESR case would be the problem
it was solved after I removed the case, and the S Pin works great
