question for CHMedia and all,

why hasn't samsung made available android 10 to canada if it's the same file already released to other countries?

also, can I simply flash the AP alone?

sammobile shows two different flashing instructions.

thanks!

@CHMultimedia say this : Late this month or around mid-May in this post :

thanks.

I'm coming from that thread.

I'm a  bit confused.    The firmware is ready, so what tests are pending?

Just flash this https://1drv.ms/f/s!Av9nrwh43L-agoRfPDPbJ01k7jT0Rg

As to why it's taking so long, I have no definitive answer to offer. They want other markets to test it, probably.

if I flash the three files, will ODIN do a factory reset?

You must have done something wrong then. It did not wipe my tablet when I did it

I used the AP file only, which was succesfully flashed according to ODIN.
however, the tablet didn't like it, as you can see in attached screenshot.
I reboot the tablet only to see it get stuck in a screen with a warning that the upgrade failed. It also said I had to use the Emergency Software Recovery option of Smart Switch on a PC!

to my horror, that didn't work because smart switch did not recognize my tab s6. I was afraid it was bricked...

but there's a happy ending. I tried Odin again but this time with the three files you provided. The flash and update were succesful.

next step now is TWRP.... :)

I'm not sure why you didn't use all the files at once. It would have saved you a lot of trouble
