Call and text from other devices

Hi, when I use call and text from other devices on my Galaxy tab S7 plus the other person can hear me but I cannot hear them. I have tried messing with the volume keys while on call with no success. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance       PS I am connecting from a Galaxy a53 5g.

Hi, did you check with the turn on speaker if you are able to hear him or not ?
Or is it happening with all devices ?

Hi, thanks for the reply I do not have a turn on speaker per se on my tablet but I have called more than one person and have gotten the same results I have no audio from them. Thanks again

Could you please try to Reset Network Settings once:
Go to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Network Settings >> Reset settings.
This will reset all network settings, including those for Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, and Bluetooth. keep us posted if the issue is resolved.

We request you to get the phone examined by the Samsung authorized service technician so that they can determine the root cause of the issue and fix it.

Before visiting a Samsung Service center, (unless it is close by), I'd backup with Smart Switch & Factory Reset. See if that fixes the issue for you.
