Cant link my note 8 to my Tab S7 FE

I dont have the call and text on other devices option on my phone how can I connect the two?

hi. good day.. just wanna know if you have the Phone Icon on Tab s7 FE??? im using Tab S6 and if you press on the phone icon on the tablet there's instructions to connect your phone to get that feature..
