Hey, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7, and a little while ago, the double tap to wake feature stopped working, but every now and then I can double tap and it will wake up once, but I try and double tap again, nothing.
But the weird thing is, the double tap to put it to sleep still works fine and works every time, it is just double tap to wake.
Hi Cody_G_Smith, please check if you have any software update and try again if double tap is working. Also, please restart the device and see if it helps.
Same problem with my A50, done factory reset, turn off and on (double tap to turn on screen), follow some tips from youtube and latest software update, but still wont works.
