TabletsCan't get in to download any app. Every time I logged in, after username and password, the white blank screen showed up with nothing but "Close" button. Reset the tablet to factory reset multiple times, still unsuccessful. It happened also with Google Play, the same thing.
I received the tablet as a second hand, thought I could use it for some simple apps. The unit is SM-T320. Any help is appreciated.

TabletsNot much help from them, said the unit is a bit too old and bla bla bla. That's why I try this forum for the sake of salvaging this unit. But thanks for the response.

TabletsI have exactly the same problem with the Galaxy Store. I have an old but still working properly Galaxy Tab 3 (SM T-113) tablet which I have reset to factory settings. I can access the Galaxy Store but I can't log in to my Samsung account which means I can't update any Samsung apps on the tablet. After I have entered my email and password I also get an empty white page with ‘close’ at the bottom. There must me a solution to this problem! Any useful ideas?
