Hi MJosteo, Verify that the tablet, charger, and USB cable have no physical or liquid damage. If they do, it could be preventing proper charging. The USB cable should be secured firmly in the charging port with very little mobility. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down keys until the device restarts. This can take up to 60 seconds. If it didn't work then please charge the mobile for some time and then attempt to turn it on by pressing and holding the Power key for 15-20 seconds.
If it fails to turn on after performing the troubleshooting steps, I suggest you visit the nearest service center by making an appointment beforehand or call them to know about the available time slots.
