Samsung USA - New Marketing Strategy - Displays lower price and sell expensive

Hi Everyone,

Anyone from US, did you ever notice that at times specially during festive season Samsung displays lower price. However during checkout the price is on the higher side. See the attached picture for reference. And when you ask the expert they say "it's a glitch and IT is working on it". This is my 3rd encounter before when I purchased Galaxy 4 watch, Galaxy book 3 360 and now, when I am planning to purchase the Galaxy Tab S. I definitely feel it's their new marketing strategy. And this is a very deceptive Strategy. Samsung Legal team should advise their Marketing Team. Don't you agree guys?

The price says from $299.

It's true. I just checked it for fun and it showed me 324.99$ but when I click check out, it goes to 499.99$.

It says from 299.99$ but there's absolutely no configuration that has that price.

While it is messed up, this is the Samsung members CANADA platform so we can't help you much here.

Oh ya I realised. This is Canada platform.

How do I post it in US community being in Canada. Everytime I try to open the us Samsun Community url it opens the members app which takes me back to Canada community

Look at the very bottom of the page and go to change country on the computer version of Samsung Members

Same here in USA as well and the customer services people are just giving bogus reasons to stall the problem 

For S8+ tab it was showing $379.97 and at the checkout it say $579ish 

Samsung is basically scamming us right now
