How about if I don't have another device to backup my S8 Ultra's information to? I have very important files and need to know how to safely backup my info so I can reset the tablet Ant restore the info. I need EVERYTHING to be backed up.

I am fairly positive your device has a place to put a SD card into it and then you could backup your device to the card and then remove the card to be sure you don't lose anything when resetting

You could also upload the information to a USB

Hi, as suggested by the Ray1, you can use SD card to transfer the file.

We suggest you to please follow these steps:

From any Home screen, tap Apps.

Tap My Files.

Tap Device storage.

Navigate inside your device storage to the files you want to move to your external SD card.

Tap MORE, then tap Edit.

Place a check next to the files you wish to move.

Tap MORE, then tap Move.

Tap SD memory card.
