Good day, we got a new Samsung tablet and have used the Smart Switch app on both new and old tablets. We successfully transferred all the apps and such to the new tablet. However, the games apps, when opened u are reset to the beginning.
I was wondering if there was a way that I can recover the content of those apps, since, if you're at level 350, now after the switch over, they are at the beginning.
Thank you, my wife had same thing, but she doesn't have Facebook, so I used my Facebook and logged into it using her old tablet, so now all is well. Thanks again.
I had my games, which are those match 3 jewels reset back to level 1 when I upgraded from the S9 to the S21 Ultra. On one of the games I was on level 500. I tried to uninstall the game from the S21 and then reinstall the game from the S9, unfortunately that did not work. No matter what, I still play the game. It keeps me occupied when I have free time.
Hi there. I was able to go my wife's old tablet and long into Facebook with each app, therefore saving all her progress, but not all games use Facebook though. A couple I used her email, so now all is well transferred onto her new tablet.
Good to know that after logging with your Facebook account (which you used to login in on your old Tab) on your new Tab you got all the game levels/settings back.
As mentioned by Tallman, " if the game has such a high level, should have the save progress feature."
some games have a backup and when you use the same email id on another phone you can get the previous settings and levels back. Many games have their own methods of cloud saves. (The Angry Birds series, for example, uses Google Play Games for achievements, but cloud-saves via Facebook, presumably to encourage you to share your progress on Facebook and spread the word.
