For the life of me I don't understands why Samsung would ever remove the swipe features at the bottom of the screen. Since the recent update 6.1 UI, removed all the good things for tablet owners getting a full screen without cluttering it up with a navigation bar. Swipe bottom middle upwards takes you to your home screen. Swipe up on left side bottom edge to see active apps running to close and right side swipe up from bottom edge would take you back one step. Now there is an ugly bar taking up precious space with all 3 action buttons. If you don't want that then you are left with one swipe line in the middle of the screen that only brings to your home page. Just one big blue line at bottom is all you get now making it more difficult to navigate without the visible bar of buttons at the bottom. All this for the new Google circle anything on your screen to search the world wide web about that selected circle AI feature. So upset and angry that this feature is no longer available *** more customers off with changes forced without choice. Tablets have always been a second thought device with many apps not available on tablets and different features and play store for tablet optimized apps. Give me back my swipe navigation features! Updates should be a good thing and not feature removing change!!

Use GoodLock's NavStar to get back the Gestures you had before.

GoodLock is NOT a 3rd party app, it's Samsung's.

Hi Weston109,

We certainly understand your concern and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

As explained by RedDogRabbit, we recommend downloading Good Lock app and the NavStar module to get more navigation gesture options that can customize your device or provide additional functionality.

Please rest assured that we also have communicated Members' feedback to the relevant team.

Thank you.

I have that app already. It would have been nice of Samsung to post a note and let users know that Good Lock app that's allows you the freedom to change it back. If I had known I wouldn't have been so angry and posted a comment regarding removal of swipe navigation. Many other customers would be pleased to know that feature is still available through Good Lock app which I already use. Thanks for the info and I will change back and now update my S22 Ultra device which I had postponed update due to the removal of the swipe navigation.
