TabletsFor some ridiculous reason, in order to Boot your Tablet into Recovery mode, it has to be connected to your computer.
Which would be a problem for anyone who doesn't have a computer..
What was Samsung thinking??

TabletsNot sure if Tab S6 also has the boot into recovery problem like the S7 & S8 but this is what we have to do to boot into recovery and wipe the cache
Power off your device
Connect your charging cable from your device to the usb on a computer or if you have a type c to c cable you could also connect to a phone or other device and notice device is charging
Press and hold in on the power key and volume up keys at the same time until you see something on your device screen and then release both keys and shortly you should see the recovery screen load
Use the volume down key to scroll through the list down to where "Wipe cache partition" is highlighted
Press the power key to select this
You will see a screen - Wipe cache? yes or no
Use volume down key to move to yes and power key to select
Your device should now have "Reboot system now" highlighted and press the power key to select
That is it and your device should boot up normally

TabletsHave a Tab 6 Lite and this method does not work, regardless of what key combinations (after dozens of tries) connected to computer, not connected - nothing will allow it to boot into Recovery. Ocassionally safe mode, which does nothing at all either. Samsung are no help.
