Hey there, we tried several different chargers and it keeps doing the same thing here. Before I go out and buy a new tablet I just wanted to see if it's possible to fix it as it won't change.

Thank you.

According to your post, I don't think it would have anything to do with the type of charger being used. I would take the tablet to a certified Samsung Electronics Repair Shop to find out if they can diagnose and/or repair it. I would recommend waiting for their response before spending the money on purchasing a new tablet. It could be an internal electrical issue of some sort.

Hi Chadadian52,

We are sorry to hear that you're dealing with an issue where your tablet isn't charging properly, even with different chargers, or it's experiencing inconsistent charging behavior.

Check for debris or damage in the charging port. Dust, lint, or dirt can prevent the charging cable from making a proper connection. Use a soft brush to gently clean the charging port and remove any obstruction.

While you've tried different chargers, it's still worth ensuring that both the charging cable and wall adapter are working properly. Test the charger with another device to ensure it’s outputting power correctly.

Consider using a high-quality, original charger (if available), as third-party chargers can sometimes cause issues.

Try performing a soft reset by restarting the tablet. This can sometimes resolve software-related charging issues. Press and hold the Power button until the restart option appears.

If your tablet still doesn't charge after these steps, there could be a faulty charging port or a damaged battery. In this case, it might be worth visiting a Samsung Authorized service center and seeking professional help might be necessary.
