Why does it say one UI 5.1.1 on my tablet but not my s23 ultra

Hi, just wondering why on my tab s7 fe, it says one UI 5.1.1 and my s23 ultra is saying just 5.1 

Just wondering why that is.

Tablets were updated to 5.1.1 and phones never got that update

Only Tablets & Flip / Fold devices get the "1.1" Firmware.
