Recently bought the S10 Tab Plus and I absolutely love it. I am however extremely disappointed with the return policy around the case and keyboard that I bought from Samsung.
I didnˋt read the fine print that the item has to be returned in brand new condition and the box unopened. Whats the point in saying and having a return policy for the item if you canˋt open and test the item? How will a purchaser know if they like the item if they canˋt try it within the so called 15 day return period???
So now I am stuck with a case keyboard that I donˋt like and I guess I have to sell it on Marketplace or somewhere else.
I get returning a pair of earbuds could be a little more tougher to return but I think in the US Samsung allows this but not in Canada. For a Case Keyboard, this shouldnˋt be a problem.....don't get it and its horrible customer service.
Samsung should make it more prevelant that the case keyboard us Canadians get is not the same that is shown on the website. We get the bilingual keyboard which takes some learning as I bet most of us have used the standard keyboard for years and years. I think there should be a choice of keyboards , the bilingual version is great if thatˋs what you want but for others they probably donˋt want to learn how to use a new keyboard.

Hi MF728,

We certainly understand your disappointment on this and very sorry for inconvenience caused to you due to the return policy in Canada.

It’s unfortunate that you had this experience. We will definitely bring this to our team, so that they can look into it and hopefully made some changes in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

Thanks Helena but I'm still stuck with a keyboard case I'm not crazy about. I don't see why it would be a problem to return this case. Its just keyboard !!!

Explain how we can return a completely broken in half Fold 3/4/5 for full $1,000 trade-in value at any Samsung store in Canada during Fold/Flip pre-order periods, yet opened boxes for a cheap keyboard case are a no-go? Ridiculous!

10000% Agree. It's one of the most absurd policies I've seen. You have to go to a psychic before you buy the case to get a reading about how well it works before you buy it.

This is why you buy on Amazon and "try" the items out. NEVER buy from official stores.
