TabletsHello, new member here. I am slowly building my Samsung device collection, and this question is actually about a keyboard for the TAB S5E that I have a question about. I bought it in a bundle at Costco a couple of months ago, but there is an annoying problem maybe you can help me with.
Some of the keys have multiple characters on them, for example the number 2 key also has the " and @ symbols. Using shift only gives me the " symbol, how do I get the @ symbol? I have tried the ALT GR, ALT, CRTL, ALT + shift etc.
I called Samsung support to ask about this, and they do not seem to know what I am talking about.
This is a Samsung accessory, so any help would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Tablets+1 Appears your language settings for the keyboard is incorrect. Ensure you have English (Canada) selected
