This morning my galaxy watch active 2 touchscreen stopped working properly. Random touch inputs and everything. I always took care of my watch (not going in the shower, wore a case) but suddenly my screen seems broken?

I look if other people had the same issue and I found many on the browser version of samsung community. But I'm unable to connect because when a try to login I get an error 400. That error seem to affect my computer and phones. Keeping for commenting on the browser version. Anyway am I the only one having these issues.

Hi, Could you confirm if there are any physical damages to your watch? Also, could you share the pictures of your watch for further assistance?

Also, for the 404 error please try to reset your network.

Hi, if you are able to access your watch I suggest you perform a factory reset by following the below steps:
Please save any information you need prior to the factory reset because your personal information cannot be recovered.

If you don't have your phone handy, you can perform a reset right on the watch itself.

Navigate to Settings, and then swipe to and touch General. Next, touch Reset, and then touch Done.

BAD NEWS -- if you reset it and you already lack touchscreen you WILL NOT be able to restore your phone as it relies on touchscreen.  If you know different -- please tell me how to restore to just get a watch screen!

And it's an error 400 not 404 I already tried to reset my network. Error 400 are mostly on the server side

clearing the cookies work but each time I try to login my cookies Id seems blocked and the error 400 comes back.
