My Bixby is in Chinese l think it is in figures and strokes, how do l change it to English?

Hi, please follow the steps given below to change the Bixby language.

Press and hold the Bixby or Side key to open the Bixby >> From the Bixby Home screen, tap More (three horizontal lines) menu >> Tap Settings then tap Language and voice style >> Tap Language, and choose your desired language.

Hi, we would like to inform you that if you attach a screen protector or optional accessories to the touchscreen, the touchscreen may not function properly.
Also small sticker such as security label may affect the touch sensitivity.
Please check touch function after removing the attachment.
If the attachment is removed and your device operates properly, it's not a device defect.

I have same problem in my active 2 i removed the touch screen protector and same problem.. The touch takes orders itself and does not working.. I charged it and did restart and factory reset but same problem.. aWhat can I do now?
