I am having the problem where my Samsung Galaxy watch active 2 touch screen is not working properly. And to tell you the truth, so many people are having this problem and Samsung is least bothered to solve this.

This is a hardware issue. Its affecting so many people but Samsung only wants money so they want out of warranty watch to be repaired and get money out of our pockets.

Remember iPhone 11 pro display panel issues? Apple was replacing it free of charge or battery issues with some iphone 6s series. But here our beloved Samsung just doesn't care. watch active 2 was my last wearable purchase from samsung. I am moving on to Apple watch.

Hi, If the watch screen is slow to respond, frozen, or not responding at all the issue could be caused by outdated software, a third-party app, or even the watch's physical condition. Unclean hands, optional accessories, gloves, and sharp objects can also prevent the screen from responding properly.

Follow the steps below depending if you want to use the Galaxy Wearable app or the watch itself:

Galaxy Wearable: From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap Apps. Depending on the connected watch, it may be necessary to tap the SETTINGS tab.

Watch: Press the Home key (Power key) on the watch to access the Apps screen, and then swipe to the apps you want to uninstall.

Follow the steps below depending if you want to use the Galaxy Wearable app or the watch itself:

Galaxy Wearable: Tap Manage apps. Tap the app you'd like to uninstall, and then tap Uninstall. Then, tap Uninstall again to confirm.

Watch: Touch and hold the Apps screen, tap the Delete icon next to the app, and then tap the checkmark to confirm.

I started having the same issue last week. all of the solutions I have found so far have been unhelpful. I reset the watch through my phone but now can not get through the startup steps of the watch.

Bro its a hardware related issue. Samsung doesn't recognize it. And also we have to pay so much in order to replace the touch screen.
