WearablesBuds 2 don't fit my ears! I have tried every size of silicone tip and asked the web for suggestions one of which was to get memory foam tips which I was considering. While wearing my Buds 2 for a conference call the right bud fell out after much adjusting and then the left fell out, again after much adjusting. I was sitting still, the only activity was speaking. I think that the issue is that there is not enough room in my outer ear for the "egg" portion. Is this possible? At this point I can't use the buds for anything other than a stationary task and even then must constantly push them back in. I definitely can't use the buds while moving around for fear of losing one.
Any suggestions other than to try to return or gift them to someone else? Frustrating, as they are not an inexpensive item and I spent a lot of time deciding to purchase. I am pleased with the sound and features and really like that I can use one at a time but I need to be able to use them!

WearablesIf you are unable to find a tip that works for you, you may be better off trying some different Buds.
Personally I'm a big fan of Jabra Elite Active series. I walk, run with them and no issues, even for extended periods of time.

WearablesDon't know if having to "rotate with force", would be an ideal solution, and for a couple of reasons.
- Twisting Earbuds, like tightening a screw to get them to stay in, isn't likely to be very comfortable.
- I know that with most Earbuds, if they are sealed too tightly, you lose audio quality, as creating an airtight seal prevents any movement of air.

WearablesHi, we realize that youv'e been greatly inconvenienced with the Buds and certainly understand how frustrating that must have been for you.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
Unfortunately, as you have tried almost every size of the tips to fit in your ears there are no other tips available and need to use the tips that are with the buds.
