Ive had my galaxy buds 2 for awhile now. I love the sounds and all but everytime i use it ( usually during my commute going to work) i have itchy ears and at times, wet ears. So i stopped using them. I use them once in awhile if my bluetooth earphone gets discharged or i forgot to bring that. But everytime i use the galaxy buds i have ear issue.
I thought it was just me but when i searched apparently other isers have issues as well and read about a refund. Is this true? Because its a waste as i can't use it.
I've had mine for more than a year now. So it's out of warranty amd that's what samsung told me. I initially thought it was just me so i just kep the buds on my bag and not use it because everytime i do, i have ear problems. It's just recently that i serached and saw there are other people having the same issues. Well, waste of money since i can't use it. Good thing you got your money back was it within thw warranty period?
