Galaxy Buds Pop-Up Window.

I don't get the pop-up window whenever I open my Galaxy Buds.This is what the pop-uo window looks like. I have S8 and it's running on One UI.

Settings - Connection - More connection settings - Nearby device scanning, turn it on.

I have a Galaxy s8 and the pop up animation does not show, I have turned on the nearby service scanning but it still does'nt  work,  what should I do?
