Hello,

When I use Zoom with my buds, the microphone doesn't work, but if I call with the buds, the microphone works. Do you know the solution?

(I am not muted on Zoom) lol

If your Bluetooth microphone isn't working in Zoom, ensure it's properly connected and selected as the input device within Zoom's audio settings. Also, make sure no other applications are using the microphone simultaneously, and that the Bluetooth device is not connected to other devices.

Lastly ensure the windows audio settings have the default mic set to the Galaxy Buds 3 - also check the volume slider in Windows bottom right corner that the audio set to the headphones

Great suggestion by RedDogRabbit. We recommend following those steps to ensure your Bluetooth mic is properly connected and selected in Zoom’s audio settings.

Also, make sure your Galaxy Buds3 Pro aren’t connected to multiple devices at once, and double-check app permissions to allow microphone access.
