Same thing with me, I was told that once the order will be shipped I will be able to track it otherwise it will keep giving invalid order number. Plus expect a delay of a month to get your order. Thanks Samsung 🙂

Yep, emailed a hundred times, been over a week since first email with no reply yet.

Usually, no. The tracking number and order number are two different numbers. The buyers can only track their package thanks to Imerex tracking number, it is not possible to track a parcel with the order number.
