WearablesGood Morning! I seem to be having an issue with tracking the shipping of my Samsung Watch 5 pro. The page currently states that it is preparing dispatch and it has been for a couple of days now. The thing that is confusing me is that it says 'Starts shipping on 28/08/2022 Standard Delivery. Obviously, it is now August 30th and it has not shipped it is stuck in dispatch it seems. Is this a common occurrence or should I feel the need to seek out additional help from Samsung to better understand the shipping of my purchase? Thanks!

WearablesThe customer service seem to have zero contact with their warehouse shipping team lol
I pre-ordered mine on Aug 10th, shipping date says start on Aug 18th.
It was stuck in "processing" until yesterday when it changed to "preparing dispatch".

WearablesJust so you know, I pre-ordered on August 10th (my confirmation email has the time stamp at 10:53am ET), and as of 11:26am ET on September 2nd my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro is still "Processing".
Don't even bother with the Live Chat because they will tell you things like "first in, first out" (which clearly is not true as many, many people have already received their Galaxy Watch 5 Pro), or that high demand has caused shipping delays (again, if that were true people who ordered last week shouldn't have already received their watches). I have been in contact with Samsung through the Live Chat at least a half-dozen times in the past week, and none of the individuals I have "chatted" with have been able to even give me a general idea when my watch may ship.
Sigh.
