I just found out the hard way. It took me about an hour to decide that my Watch7 44mm was (1) bigger, (2) more responsive and (3) easier to charge than the Watch8 Classic "46mm" that I just received, but when I contacted Samsung support to discuss my options, I was told that since I opened my watch, it was no longer returnable.

I really wish I spent $55 extra and sprung for the Watch Ultra, as the band locking design still allows it to lay flat and work with all older chargers, and not to mention it *actually* has a bigger screen than my 44mm GW7.

To top it off, the S/M band that I ordered was a much tighter fit than the S/M band that I got with the GW7. As much as I tried, they would not help me with that, either.

I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else...

Thanks, but it looks like they haven't made one for the Watch 8 Classic (yet)...

We understand how frustrating it must feel to realize the Watch8 Classic didn’t meet your expectations, especially after comparing it with your previous device and even more so when you're unable to return it due to the current policy on non-LTE models.

It’s unfortunate that the band fit wasn’t quite right either, and we completely get how this adds to the overall dissatisfaction.

Yup, just learned this too. Awful place to buy from, literally every other store takes back open products except for Samsung. 100% won't buy from here again
