WearablesHi JaiChap, When you change it, you would not get security updates and the warranty voids. However, Samsung doesn't provide an international warranty. Please check with the place of purchase of the watch to know which carriers does the watch support. As the galaxy watch LTE is not available in Canada, the Bluetooth version is available now.

WearablesHi JaiChap,
Samsung does take it seriously. However, Galaxy watch 3 LTE version is not available in Canada. It's great to have LTE version in Canada too. I suggest you to check with the place of purchase to know if the watch support Canadian carriers.
