My left bud on my galaxy buds+ all of a sudden won't connect.

I have opened and closed the case, plugged in the charger, rest the buds, disconnected the buds, reconnected the buds, restarted my phone, factory rest the buds.

None of this is working.

Can someone please help?

thank you,

If this happened after a major android update , please try wipe cache partition

https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/Others/Wipe-cache-partition-for-all-devices-EN-FR/m-p/3156063#M1...

Sometimes,  on mine, i have to clean them or connections are bad and they can charge, check how here : here is the link to clean your Earbuds
https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/galaxy-buds-clean/

Normal steps  but you tried them..so try wiping the cache ..what is your device ?

Please open the Galaxy Wearable app >> press the touchpad >> press Left or Right under Press and hold the touchpad >> Select volume down / volume up.

Also try resetting the headphones and make sure the Galaxy Wearable app is updated.

Follow the steps below to reset the buttons:

Open the Galaxy Wearable app >> Select About Headphones >> Tap Reset Headphones >> Tap Reset Headphones.

Thanks Cassidy.

Hi jloparco, As suggested by Cassidy, please carefully clear the buds and make sure it touches the contact ends on the other end.

just have them examined by a authorized Samsung technician by contacting Samsung support.
