I get this pop up and I try to turn it on and all it says is regerstation failed why? Or is there even a point to using it ? On my s9+

Hi flyfisher88, depends on your carrier. Rogers is fully support. I thin Fido support chat service too. If your carrier not support, you mail get this error message.

I am with tellus so that's probably why it's annoying and wont go away in my text message screen thank you!

If you don't want the annoying message, just turn it off for now. Until Telus support this service.

Yes Telus doesn't support this service, bell and Roger's do plus their subsidiaries...
